SAINTS Women's coach Matty Smith has named his 21-player squad for Saturday's Challenge Cup group stage clash with London Broncos at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
New recruit Beri Salihi has been named in the Saints 21 for the first time.
Elsewhere, England Internationals Tara Jones, Paige Travis, Emily Rudge and Jodie Cunningham return to the 21, whilst Faye Gaskin and Chantelle Crowl could also be involved, having not featured in our pre-season contest against Huddersfield.
Saints won away at Broncos in the 2023 Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup, beating the hosts 76-0 before returning to London four months later to win the Challenge Cup at Wembley.
It is a landmark day - it will be the first time that the women’s squad will receive match payments after that was agreed in the of-season and announced earlier this month.
Saints Women's 21-player squad: Salihi, Rotheram, E Stott, Harris, Gaskin, Jones, Crowl, Travis, Rudge, Cunningham, N Williams, D Stott, Birchall, Bridge, Mottershead, Hook, Taylor, M Williams, Sutherland, McGifford, Roberts.
Kick off is 3PM.
