THE 2015 First Utility Super League Grand Final is now officially sold out.

For the first time ever, the pinnacle of the Super League season will be watched by a crowd of more than 73,000 at Old Trafford in Manchester, in what promises to be a brilliant final between Leeds Rhinos and Wigan Warriors.

Following a captivating final few weeks of the Rugby League season, which culminated in two fascinating semi-finals, tickets for the match are now completely sold out.

Speaking about the news, Super League General Manager Blake Solly, said: “The last few weeks have been a brilliant time for Rugby League in this country. We have seen the League Leaders' Shield won with the last play of the season, one of the greatest ever semi-final encounters and as a result, a huge surge in demand for tickets.

“I am delighted that there will be a full house to watch the game on Saturday between the two top teams in the Super League this year and I can’t wait to watch what promises to be a great event!”

Fans who are lucky enough to have purchased tickets are reminded to arrive in plenty of time for kick off in order that they can catch the pre-game entertainment which includes live music from The Charlatans and DJ Spoony.

Fans who don’t have a ticket to the game are still able to watch all of the action live on Sky Sports 1 from 5pm or listen to the action on BBC Radio 5Live and BBC Radio 5Live Sports extra
