A FORMER Carmel College student has landed his dream job working for Manchester United.

Andrew Goodison, 24, who is also an ex-De La Salle pupil, has been named creative artworker for the Old Trafford-based club.

He will be responsible for looking after the print and online aspects of ‘Executive Club’ and ‘Matchday VIP’ and will also be involved in photoshoots with the first team squad.

Andy had studied A Level Graphic Design, Art Foundation and then the first year of his Graphic Design degree at Carmel College where he left in 2012 to go to Salford University, where he graduated with first class honours.

Being a United fan himself, Andy says the role is an amazing opportunity and a dream come true for him.

“Studying at Carmel was integral to me being able to land my dream role at a company as huge as Manchester United," said Andy.

"I was always surrounded by a set of great tutors who continually pushed me to be the best I could possibly be and gave me the core tools to go on and be successful in the design industry.”
