St Helens Magistrates' Court
AN 18-year-old man has appeared before magistrates in St Helens charged with nine counts of inciting a 14-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity.
Thomas Southern, from Taylor Road in Haydock, is charged with the offences, which allegedly took place in Wigan between November 14, 2015 and November 29.
He will appear at Liverpool Crown Court at a later date.
