IN a galaxy not too far far away Johnny Vegas enjoyed a trip to the new Star Wars exhibition at Madame Tussauds in London.
A prolific Twitter user Vegas admitted it appealed to his "inner geek" and posted several pictures of his coming face to face with Han Solo, Princess Leia and Jabba the Hut.
The newly opened exhibition features 16 characters from the movies and some of the most iconic moments from the sci-fi saga.
Sat opposite Han Solo in a scene from the first Star Wars movie Vegas Tweeted: "You shot first and you know it!" Thank you @MadameTussauds for the ultimate #StarWars geek experience."
And in a photo sat next to Princess Leia and Jabba the Hut he wrote: "Even in wax this was an awkward moment for @carrieffisher 'Sooooooooo...any plans for the weekend?'
