A crime scene at Copperwood Drive in Whiston following the shooting
A MAN who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a shooting in Whiston has been released on bail by police.
The 37-year-old man from Huyton was questioned by detectives on Friday, April 17 after shots were fired from an Audi at a VW Passat a week earlier.
It left a 24-year-old man with multiple injuries and in a serious condition in hospital.
