Man charged with exposure
A MAN has appeared in court charged with exposure and a section 4A public order offence following an incident in Prescot on Monday, March 16.
Matthew Nocon from Merlin Close in Haresfinch appeared before magistrates in Liverpool last week.
Police were called to a premises on Leyland Street in Prescot at around 12.50pm following a report that a man had "behaved inappropriately".
Nocon was subsequently arrested and charged with two offences.
The 26-year-old is due to appear back in court on Thursday, May 28.
