A MAN has pleaded guilty to illegally possessing a CS spray.
In a hearing at St Helens Magistrates' Court Lewis Atherton, 20, from Edward Street in Haydock admitted possessing the "noxious" liquid last October contrary to the Firearms Act.
He is due back at court at the beginning of April when he is due to be sentenced.
