Pensioner found dead by firefighters is named
AN 88-YEAR-old man who was found dead inside a house by firefighters has been named as Eric Houghton.
Crews were alerted to a fire at a house on Samuel Street in Sutton Heath last Friday (November 21).
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway but at this stage it is suspected to be accidental.
An inquest will be held to establish how Mr Houghton died.
