A MAN has denied murdering his friend in his home.
Jamie Hughes, 33, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to the murder of Paul Tully in Blackbrook in August.
The body of 35-year-old Mr Tully was discovered at an address on Beacon Grove on Thursday, August 14.
Hughes, who appeared in court via video link from Walton Prison, was further remanded in custody until the start of his trial which is expected in February.
