St Helens Choral Society
ST HELENS Choral Society will be presenting a World War I commemoration concert this Saturday (October 18).
They will perform music by Elgar, Karl Jenkins and Howard Goodall at United Reformed Church on Ormskirk Street in the town centre starting at 7.30pm.
The musical director is Peter Kwater and organist Michael Wynne. Soloiists are Ruth Anderson, soprano and Paul Chamberlain, bass.
Tickets cost £10 (under 16s £1) and can be ordered via info@sthelenschoralsociety.org or phone 01695 625500.
