MR HENRY Tweeted this picture to @sthelensstar of an unusual floral display left at the top of Billinge Lump.
He wrote: “Has anyone got any knowledge? Seen by Billinge Lump in the last two days. Very neatly made with carnations.”
Does any Star reader have any idea where it has come from and why it was placed there?
