THE Makers Market is coming to St Helens offering the finest food, drink, arts and craft producers in the area.
Organised by local company ACF Events it will be a weekly event every Saturday starting on October 4 at St Mary’s Market plaza between 10am and 4pm.
It will feature more than 50 specially selected stallholders who source, grow, bake, majke and create the products they sell.
St Helens Council Leader Barrie Grunewald said: “The new makers market will be a great addition to the town centre offer - complementing the existing market and benefiting the traders based there.”
Jamie Etchells from ACF Events added: “The market is all about bringing people together who are passionate about what they do – whether it’s food, drink, art or crafts – and giving customers the opportunity to buy their products.”
ACF Events are offering an introductory price of £20 per stall for the first event on 4 October and places are still available. To reserve your stall call Jamie on 0776 6742166.
St Mary's Market will also be featuring a number of fantastic events over the next few weeks including regular family art clubs on 20 September; 4 and 18 October; 1, 15 and 29 November and 13 December. A new vintage fair also gets underway on Saturday 1 November.
