A PRISONER on the run for almost a month was arrested in St Helens last night (August 18) after escaping from a security van on his way from Liverpool Crown Court.
Peter Neary, 30, fled while on his way to prison on Friday, July 25 after appearing at court in relation to a burglary conspiracy case.
The van had been on Parliament Street in Toxteth when he escaped.
