I would like to thank all those who helped and assisted me when I fell on Bradley Road Newton on Thursday 10th August. In particular the couple and the lady who called 999 and also many thanks to Mark (from Helena Housing) who gave me first aid and stayed with me till the paramedics arrived. He thoughtfully positioned his van to protect me from any oncoming traffic. We see so many stories about the bad side of society but not the good. I feel these acts of kindness should be publicly acknowledged. My heartfelt thanks go to you all Regards Val
